Graduate of the University of Montreal (PhD in economics), Touhami ABDELKHALEK is Full professor - Africa Institute for Research in Economics and Social Sciences (AIRESS), Mohammed VI Polytechnic University, Rabat, Morocco. Before he was Professor at the National Institute of Statistics and Applied Economy (INSEA) – Rabat, Morocco. He is an associate researcher or fellow at several Institutes, Networks and Research Centers including the ERF network. His research focuses on work in applied econometrics, economic policies modeling, statistical analysis of poverty and more recently in impact evaluation of public policy. Touhami ABDELKHALEK is also consultant for several national and international organizations (ONDH, World Bank, UNDP, UNICEF, etc.) for Morocco and for several Arab countries and French-speaking African countries. He has published over several scientific papers.
