ERF-ILO Programme on Jobs and Growth in North Africa

The Economic Research Forum (ERF) and the International Labour Organization (ILO), the ADWA’ project, have joined forces to establish the network of experts on “Jobs and Growth in North Africa”, fostering dialogue and collaboration across economists, social scientists, and data producers around the twin goals of promoting jobs and growth, and ultimately strengthening evidence-based policymaking. The overarching goal of the network of experts is to contribute to a better understanding of the non-linear relationship between growth and employment creation, and of the factors and policy instruments that may influence these, in North African countries. The network and its activities are part of the “Advancing Decent Work Agenda in North Africa” (ADWA’) Project, a development cooperation project implemented by the ILO.
