ERF-Africa Think Tank Platform (ATTP)

Under the African Union’s World Bank-funded Africa Think Tank Platform (ATTP), the Economic Research Forum (ERF)—leading the RAISED Africa consortium alongside PEP and REPRC–EfD Nigeria—conducts multi-country, North African-focused economic research to advance Agenda 2063 and national development strategies. Centered on human capital, climate and energy, food security, and economic governance—with continuous emphasis on youth and gender inclusion—ERF uses a “Grant-Plus” model combining rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis with ongoing policymaker dialogue, institutional capacity strengthening, and cross-border knowledge exchange to turn African-generated evidence into inclusive, sustainable policy outcomes.
