Saif El Din Daoud Abd El Rhman (Ph.D.) is a former Assistant Professor of Development Economics – at the University of Kassala - Sudan, former Advisor to the Ministry of Finance, and Macroeconomist Consultant in charge of Somalia with the African Development Bank – Fragile States Unit –Nairobi, former UNDP – Liberia as Economic and Strategic Advisor and part of the transitional team for closure of the UN peacekeeping mission in Liberia. Adviser to UNDP Nigeria Stabilization Program for Lake Chad basin initiative which covers Nigeria, Chad, Cameron, and Niger., Resilience Adviser with UNDP Resilience Hub based in UNDP Nairobi leading Regional Resilience Analysis in the Horn of Africa and Great Lake Region. Currently, UNDP Somalia Conflict Recovery and Prevention Specialist.
