Ezgi Ozer Akay graduated from Bogazici University with a BA degree in Management. She worked for a reputable holding company in Istanbul as a management trainee for one year before she earned her MA degree in Economics from Bogazici University where she also worked as a TA for two years. Following her graduation, she served as credit risk analyst for a global bank for two years.  She currently works for a global airline where she joined in 2013 and she has specialized in the field of aviation finance.
