Poverty Reduction, Growth and Inequality in the MENA Region

This study aimed at measuring the pro-poorness of growth in five countries in the MENA region (Algeria, Egypt, Jordan, Morocco and Tunisia) taking into account both the rate of growth that is the scale of poverty reduction in absolute terms and the nature of growth that is its distributional impact.
