Radwa Kamouna
International Relations Department, General Authority for Investment (GAFI), Egypt
Since August 2019, Mrs. Radwa Kamouna has headed GAFI's International Relations Department, overseeing international cooperation and investment agreements while balancing investment promotion with the State's regulatory role. She has represented GAFI and Egypt before UNCITRAL, OECD, UNCTAD, WAIPA, and ANIMA, working on FDI, sustainable investment, and investment governance reform. Since 2023, she has served on UNCTAD's Multi-Stakeholder Platform and as a Government Expert on the OECD FDI Qualities Advisory Group, also engaging in the OECD Investment Committee's treaty reform tracks. Within ANIMA Investment Network, Mrs. Kamouna has represented GAFI on the Board of Directors since 2023, currently serving the 2025–2027 term, and sits on all ANIMA subcommittees supporting regional cooperation among Euro-Mediterranean investment promotion agencies. She holds degrees from Cairo University, Ain Shams University, the Arab Academy, and an Investment Diploma from the University of Missouri.
