Paul Dyer is a development economist with nearly 20 years of experience working to improve the impact of policy and programs in youth and employment; micro, small and medium enterprise development; the provision of financial services to the poor, and broader issues of economic inclusion. He is an established expert in both qualitative and quantitative approaches to monitoring and evaluation of youth employment, livelihoods, gender, entrepreneurship, SME finance, and livelihoods programs. He brings substantial experience in working with diverse research teams and managing large-scale research and programmatic activities.
