Oznur Ozdamar

Associate Professor of Economics, Department of Econometrics, Izmir Bakircay University

Oznur Ozdamar is an Associate Professor of Economics at the Department of Economics at Izmir Bakircay University. From 2015 to 2020, she was an Associate Professor of Economics and Head of the Department of Econometrics in the Faculty of Economics at Adnan Menderes University. She received her PhD from the IMT Institute for Advanced Studies in Italy in 2014. During her PhD degree, she was a Research Fellow at Northwestern University in the USA. She was a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow at Bologna University, Department of Economics. Her research interests include the economics of health, environment, labour, and gender and the evaluation of the impact of social welfare policies. She has worked on projects funded by the Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey (TÜBİTAK), the European Commission, the Economic Research Forum (ERF), the Einaudi Institute, and IMT School for Advanced Studies Lucca.
