Nurudeen Olalere is a data analytics and technology equity researcher studying how digital systems, communication infrastructures, and AI governance shape social outcomes in African and European contexts. As a Research Assistant at Impact Circles e.V., he works on AI policy, urban governance, and digital justice, combining qualitative document analysis with data-driven evaluation. His recent work on Egypt’s National AI Strategy uses mediatization and sociotechnical theory to compare the 2021 and 2025–2030 strategies and trace a shift toward more societal-oriented AI narratives. Olalere is skilled in SQL, Python, Power BI, and large-scale data processing, building analytical pipelines and dashboards that translate complex evidence into actionable insights for policymakers and communities. Nurudeen holds a Higher National Diploma in Computer Engineering from The Polytechnic, Ibadan, and plans to pursue graduate studies in Information Systems or Educational Technology focused on inclusive digital transformation and equitable technology design.
