Noha Adel

Research Manager, JPAL-MENA

Noha Adel is a Research Manager at JPAL-MENA, where she leads evaluations of Financing programs that aim at improving small farmers' income and living standards; in addition to examining the effects of varying interest rates on business development, decision-making, and repayment. With extensive experience in economic research, Noha has worked with the Egyptian Center for Public Opinion Research, the Egyptian Ministry of Housing, and the Egyptian Ministry of Planning, contributing to key initiatives like Egypt’s Vision 2030. She holds an MSc in Economics from Cairo University, with a thesis on the impact of public investment allocation on multidimensional poverty in Egypt. Her academic background includes a postgraduate diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation from The American University in Cairo (AUC).
