Legal pioneer with 22+ years of experience, Atty. Nisrine Haddad is Managing Partner of SADER & Associates since 2021. She specializes in intellectual property, anti-counterfeiting strategies, and corporate law, guiding high-profile clients across Lebanon and the Middle East through complex business matters. Her expertise spans commercial, contract law, and joint ventures. Recently, she provided legal and policy advisory services for the EU-funded Euromed Clusters Forward Project's regulatory framework development. Through her work with Berytech, WIPO, Amideast, and the National Commission for Lebanese Women, she has trained innovators and mentored startups on legal and corporate governance. She holds an Executive Certificate in Strategic Management and Leadership from George Washington University and Holy Spirit University of Kaslik–Lebanon, and is a Beirut Bar Association member.
