Nedjma Koval-Saifi is Development Economist with over 25+ years of strategic Program Design, Research, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning experience in the MENA region, focused on equitable economic growth, mainstreaming gender and inclusion, and women’s economic empowerment. She has led Gender Equity and Social Inclusion Analyses for programs focusing on economic inclusion, female entrepreneurship, women’s participation, retention and promotion in the private sector, and designed toolkits to mainstream gender across sectors. Her research focuses on the role of digital economy in bypassing obstacles to women’s labor force participation in Jordan. Nedjma is the founder and CEO of Integrated International, a leading research, monitoring, evaluation and a learning-specialized organization working to maximize the impact of development programs throughout the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. PhD (abd level) in Development Economics, Masters in Development Economics from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at the Tufts University, and a Bachelors in Economics from the George Washington University.
