Nadia Ben Sedrine Goucha is currently an Assistant Professor at the Higher College of Technology in Abu Dhabi, UAE. She received her PhD in Financial Economics from University Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, focusing her research on dividend policy and its impact on stock prices. Dr. Nadia also holds a master's degree in Money, Finance, and Banking, and another in Industrial Strategy from University Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. She has published numerous articles in international refereed journals, participated in many national and international conferences, and supervised master's research dissertations. Her research interests include corporate finance, dividend policy, corporate governance, financial crises, and Islamic banking and finance. She has also held various leadership positions, including Assistant Dean of Academic Affairs, Head of the Finance and Banking Department at Emirates College of Technology, Abu Dhabi, and Coordinator of the Business Department at Higher College of Technology, Abu Dhabi, demonstrating her unwavering dedication to academic excellence. In addition to her academic work, Dr. Nadia has gained valuable industry experience as a business consultant. Her insights into management practices and supply chain dynamics have enhanced her expertise and enriched her contributions to academia.
