Mustafa Utku Özmen has received his PhD in Economics from the TOBB University of Economics and Technology in 2022. Currently, he is a part-time lecturer at TOBB ETU. He has previously worked as Economist and Deputy Executive Director at the Research and Monetary Policy Department of the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey. His research interests range from macroeconomics and monetary economics to applied microeconomics with a focus on labor economics, development and economics of online information.
