Marguerite Duponchel

Senior Development Officer, UNHCR Jordan

Marguerite Duponchel is the Senior Development Officer at UNHCR Jordan, overseeing the education and livelihoods portfolio as well as partnerships with development partners. In the past, she held a similar position with UNHCR covering both Congos. Marguerite also held positions in the World Bank and at the International Growth Center, in several countries. She has a strong background on policy oriented quantitative analytics on a wide range of topics (e.g land reforms, agriculture, access to credit, trade, civil war, forced displacement). She holds a PhD in economics from University Paris 1 - Pantheon Sorbonne.
