Lina Khraise

Lina Khraise holds a PhD in International Development and Policy Management from the University of Manchester. She is a researcher and consultant working on employment, gender, and livelihoods across the Middle East, Sub-Saharan Africa, and South Asia. Her work focuses on mixed-methods research, including experimental and qualitative designs, and she has contributed to impact evaluations and studies with organisations such as the World Bank, IFC, and J-PAL. Lina is also an external lecturer and dissertation supervisor at the University of Manchester, where she teaches on gender, development, and labour markets. Her research interests centre on how structural inequalities shape experiences with labour market participation and outcomes.
