Hazar Asfoura

Programme Analyst, UN Women Jordan

Ms. Hazar Asfoura is a Programme Analyst on Women’s Economic Empowerment and Social Protection at the UN Women Jordan Country Office. Prior to that, Hazar worked at the Social Security Corporation in Jordan for more than 10 years, her last position was the Head of the Economic and Social Studies Section. She has a master’s degree in Social Work and Social Policy Practice from Columbia University in New York and is an Open Society Foundation Alumni.
