Fatma M. Utku-İsmihan

Fatma M. Utku-İsmihan received B.B.A. (1994) and MSc. degree in Economics (1995) from Eastern Mediterranean University and her second MSc. Degree in Economics (2002) from University of York (England). In 2016, received her Ph.D. degree from Science and Technology Policy Studies, Middle East Technical University. Currently she is working as a EU Expert in Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry and is giving lectures in both Middle East Technical University and University of Ankara.
