Dina Yousri

Dr. Dina Yousri is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics at German University in Cairo, where she has been since 2008. From October 2019- January 2020 she was a visiting Assistant Professor of Economics at the German International University of Applied sciences. She received a B.S.c from GUC in Technology Based Management, majoring in Pharmacy and Biotechnology, Strategic Management, and Finance. She received her MSc and PhD in Economics where she completed her MSc dissertation in Ulm University. Her research interests span Institutional Economics, Economic Development, Sustainability, Environmental Economics, Health Economics and Pharmacoeconomics. Her research work was recognized by a number of international conferences and Journals. She is currently the Editor-in-Chief of the GUC working paper series, as well as guest Editor of Management & Sustainability: An Arab Review (MSAR). She also acts as a reviewer for a number of international journals such as Journal of Islamic Business and Management, Journal of Economics, Management and Trade and Plos One Journal.
