Chokri Arfa

Chokri Arfa is Professor and health economics at the National Institute of Social Studies at the University of Carthage, Tunisia, and general secretary of the National Observatory of Social Inequality in health. He is currently health economist at the WHO Jordan office. His research interests are health financing and equity, health insurance, economic evaluation of health care interventions and health systems development in low- and middle-income countries. He has worked as advisor and general director at the Ministry of Social Affairs and as consultant for WHO, World Bank in EMRO and Africans Countries.
