Camille Laporte

Deputy Director, Research Department, Agence Française de Développement (AFD)

Dr. Camille Laporte is Deputy Director of the Research Department at the French Development Agency (AFD). She previously served as Senior Evaluation Specialist and later as Conflict and Crisis Advisor within the organization. Before joining the AFD, she held several positions within the French senior civil service, working both in the Prime Minister’s Office and at the French Treasury Directorate (DG Trésor), where she specialized in policy evaluation. Dr. Laporte holds a PhD in Political Science, with a specialization in International Relations, from Sciences Po Paris (2015). Her expertise focuses on measuring the impact of development aid programs and public policies, as well as on the socio-political and economic analysis of crises and conflicts.
