Amani is General Manager of the Palestinian Information Technology Association of Companies (PITA) and Palestine's Information and Communications Technology Incubator (PICTI). She has transformed Palestine's technology and startup landscape by building a new generation of forward-thinking entrepreneurs. Through her leadership, she actively encourages innovative youth—particularly young women—to establish startups and develop their skills. Amani brings extensive experience in entrepreneurship, innovation, creativity, and leadership. Her expertise encompasses program development and management, training, networking, partnership building, and identifying funding opportunities. She is dedicated to enhancing the Palestinian ICT ecosystem by connecting entrepreneurs with investors, experts, and donors, and supporting young innovators entering the business world.
