Sanae Solhi is a Professor of Finance and Management Sciences at the Faculty of Law, Economics and Social Sciences – Agdal, Mohammed V University in Rabat (Morocco). She holds a Ph.D. in Management Sciences and has built a strong academic and professional background in finance, entrepreneurship, and sustainable development. Her teaching and research activities bridge theoretical frameworks and practical insights, focusing on financial performance, banking governance, behavioral finance, and social innovation. Over the years, Prof. SOLHI has contributed to the development of an integrated vision of finance that combines economic efficiency with ethical and sustainable imperatives. Her research work explores topics such as financial market dynamics, Islamic finance, behavioral biases in decision-making, green taxation, and the financing of local development initiatives. She has published several books, book chapters, and academic articles in national and international peer-reviewed journals, including Mondes en Développement, Revue Française d’Économie et de Gestion, and other specialized journals in finance and management. Beyond academic research, Prof. SOLHI plays an active role in advancing applied research and knowledge transfer between universities and financial institutions. She has led and participated in numerous research projects and capacity-building programs, notably in partnership with organizations such as the Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie (AUF), the Arab Thought Management Network (ATM), and the Economic Research Forum (ERF). Her expertise is regularly sought in fields related to financial education, entrepreneurship, and governance in emerging economies. Prof. SOLHI also served as the institutional coordinator of the SALEEM Project (Erasmus+) at Mohammed V University, which aimed to promote student entrepreneurship and employability across Maghreb universities. Through this project and various national initiatives, she has contributed to strengthening the entrepreneurial ecosystem and building bridges between academia, the business community, and public policy. Her commitment to academic excellence and socio-economic impact extends to mentoring young researchers and doctoral students, supervising several Ph.D. theses addressing financial innovation, governance, and sustainable development in Morocco and beyond. As a recognized scholar and public speaker, she has presented her work at numerous international conferences in Europe, Canada, and North Africa. Prof. SOLHI continues to combine research, teaching, and social engagement, promoting a vision of finance that reconciles rationality, responsibility, and inclusiveness in today’s complex and globalized world
