Nidal A. Al-Dabbas

Advisor to the Minister of Investment, Jordan

Nidal A. Al-Dabbas is a senior legal and investment professional, works currently as Advisor to the Minister of Investment in Jordan. He has extensive experience in investment policy, business environment development, public-private partnerships, international cooperation, and investment legislation. He previously held senior positions at the Jordan Investment Commission, including Senior Legal Advisor and Head of the International Cooperation Unit, and advised senior officials in the investment and trade sectors. He contributed to the Jordanian Investment Promotion Strategy 2024–2027 and the development of the Investment Environment Law and its regulations. He has represented Jordan in ministerial, economic, and technical committees with regional and international partners. He holds a PhD in Business Development Law, a Master’s in Private Law (Business Law), and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
