Safoura Moeeni

Safoura Moeeni is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics at the University of Manitoba (MB, Canada). Her research interests are in Labor Economics, Economics of the Family, and Public Economics, with a focus on the economics of education, economic development, and applied econometrics. She received my Ph.D. in Economics in 2019 from the University of Calgary (AB, Canada), where she was awarded for the best dissertation. Before joining UoM, she was an Assistant Professor at the University of Regina (SK, Canada), where she was named to the list of Friends of Economics.
