Dina Alabdallat is an accomplished gender project manager with over 12 years of experience in gender equality, sustainability, and community engagement. At BDC, she leads the GIZ GAIN-funded project "Gender Mainstreaming in Jordan's Industrial Sector," focusing on HR capacity building and promoting women’s leadership in the industry. Dina also managed the EU-funded project "Towards Stronger Economic Participation of Women in Jordan," advancing women’s workforce participation across the country.As BDC’s gender focal point, she works to integrate gender and social coherence across projects. Recently, with the German University, she assessed the Dead Sea Development Zone’s tourism potential, empowering local women through sustainable community-driven initiatives.
