Joelle is the regional coordinator of the ICC-ESCWA Centre of Entrepreneurship Community, United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia. With over 15 years of experience, she has played a key role in advancing various initiatives aimed at promoting sustainable development and empowering startups and MSMEs. Notably, Joelle has been involved in initiatives such as the eCommerce Acceleration Programme, funded by the United Nations ESCWA, where she has contributed her expertise in supporting over 200 small business owners to acquire the essential digital skills for transitioning to online selling. Her leadership has been pivotal in guiding cross-functional teams and forging global and regional strategic partnerships to promote MSME growth. Recently appointed as the Lebanon Ambassador for the MENA Women Business Club, Joelle fervently supports women entrepreneurs and executives in expanding their networks and businesses, as she continues to advocate for women's economic empowerment and financial inclusion.
