Ms. Courtney Geary received a B.Sc. in Global Inequality Studies from the University of Alabama (U.S.) in 2019, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. Following her graduation, Ms. Geary relocated to Jordan through the U.S. Fulbright Grant program. Since joining Phenix in September 2021, she has worked on a number of projects focused on labor, development, and civil society. Prior to her time at Phenix, Ms. Geary served as a ghost writer for a number of academic research projects for topics ranging from migrant integration in Germany to Jordanian foreign relations. She also completed a research internship with Migration Policy Institute in Washington, D.C., where her policy focus was equitable education policies for immigrant and refugee children.
