Luc Savard

Luc Savard is a professor at the FGSES of the Mohammed VI Polytechnic University of Ben Guerir. He was director of programs in economics and full professor in the Department of Economics at the University of Sherbrooke where he taught for over 15 years. He was director of the International Economics and Development Research Group (GREDI) from 2005 to 2013. He specializes in economic and social impact analysis. He has been a consultant for many institutions such as the World Bank, IMF, OECD, Asian Development Bank, GTZ, UNICEF and worked directly with several governments (Morocco, Gabon, Burundi, Senegal, Quebec, etc.).
