Dmitry Chugunov is an Education Economist / E T Consultant with the World Bank Education Global Practice working in Eastern and Southern Africa. Prior to that, he worked as a consultant with the World Bank and UNICEF on operational and analytical work in Malawi, Kenya, Sudan, Tanzania, Nigeria, and Uganda based in Washington, DC. Dmitry holds a Ph.D. in Public Economics and MA in Economics and Public Finance from the Higher School of Economics (Moscow, Russia).
