Maye Ehab

Maye Ehab works as a postdoc at the Institute for Employment Research (IAB) and as a lecturer at the Otto Friedrich University of Bamberg. Ehab received her doctorate from the University of Bamberg. She previously studied economics (MA) at the American University in Cairo. She held various positions at the Egyptian Center for Economic Studies (ECES) in Cairo and at the Egyptian Competition Authority (ECA) and worked as a visiting researcher at UNCTAD in Geneva. Her research interests are in the areas of gender inequalities and labor market outcomes. Her recent publications address gender inequalities and women's labor force participation, geographic mobility, and job quality and health outcomes.
