Labor Markets in Jordan

This project capitalizes on the new labor market survey of Jordan, which was initiated by ERF in June 2010 and carried out in collaboration the National Center for Human Resource Development (NCHRD) and the Jordanian statistical office. The dataset was made available on the ERF website by March 2011. A team of researchers analyzed the data and carried out research on several topics such as demographics, gender, marriage, school- to-work transition of Jordanian youth, structure and evolution of employment in Jordan, and migration.
