Does Political Participation Lead to Moderation? Political Islam in Jordan and Yemen

This project explored the lessons for Egypt, Tunisia and other countries where Islamist parties have gained political power, from the participation of Islamist parties in Yemen and Jordan. The key question was how to consider moderation through participation, based on a careful comparative study.
