ERF, in coordination with the department of economics, Faculty of Economics and Political Science, Cairo University and the World Bank, has organized a panel discussion on Empowering Youth for the Future of Work: Skills, Opportunities, and Policy Pathways.
This event marked the first in the series of ERF Egypt Development Dialogues. It aimed to provide a platform for dialogue on job creation and youth engagement, supporting Egypt’s national agenda to prepare young people for the future of work. The session aimed to bridge the gap between education and labor market needs, highlight opportunities in emerging sectors and the digital economy, and explore policies and partnerships that equip youth with the skills needed for a changing world.
