Euromed Clusters Forward

The economic landscape of Europe and the southern Mediterranean has changed significantly, presenting new challenges and opportunities. Collaboration across the Mediterranean enhances partnerships between these markets, encouraging regional value chain development and promoting sustainable, inclusive growth.

In this context, clusters play a crucial role in driving innovation, enhancing the competitiveness of SMEs, and contributing to sectoral transformation, thereby improving Mediterranean economies.

The Euromed Clusters Forward Project  is  a four years program, co-funded by the European Union, and is led by ANIMA with the aim of strengthening clusters and their members in 7 Southern Mediterranean countries ( namely Algeria, Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Morocco, Palestine, and Tunisia), promoting inclusive innovation and competitiveness in the Euromed region in order to improve growth, economic diversification, sustainable development and employment.

Led by ANIMA Investment Network, ECF brings together a rich consortium that includes the Economic Research Forum (ERF), Berytech and Leaders International (Qeiadat) as lead partners and more than 8 affiliates (e.g., FEMISE, Malta Enterprise, etc.) from the Mediterranean region.
