Seda Koymen Ozer

Seda Koymen Ozer is an Assistant Professor at Baskent University, Department of Economics. Seda completed her Ph.D. in Economics at Bilkent University, Ankara and her undergraduate studies at Hacettepe University, Ankara. She visited Oxford University, Department of Economics during her Ph.D. Seda gave lectures at Bilkent University and worked as a consultant for UNCTAD, World Bank, EBRD and the Great National Assembly of Türkiye. Her research interests lie in the area of international trade, foreign direct investment, global value chains.
