University teacher in Software Engineering and researcher in social innovation around Talents since 1996. Since 2016, Ms. CHELBI tries to help students passionate about video game development to move from basic computer programming to programming via Blueprints of Unreal Engine . She founded NET-INFO, the first school of 3D, animation and video Game in North Africa since 1999. Currently, Ms. CHELBI is leading the DigiArtLivingLab project, creative platform for social and open innovation certified by ENoLL( European Network of Living Lab) and she tries to bring innovative programs to train and help African Talent succeed in the 3D and Video Game Industry. She founded 3DAFRICAMAKER, AfricanGameDev and Africa Metaverse Tribe programs to develop the Creative Industry Ecosystem in Africa.
