Sami Silini, Central Social Director, UTICA has a long career (30 years) behind him in the business world in Tunisia. As an expert, consultant, lecturer, member of several boards of directors and central director, Mr. SILINI has greatly contributed to defining, harmonizing and executing development policies and plans. He has been resolutely committed since the start of his career to establishing and promoting social dialogue. Mr. Silini is also part of the tripartite committee of experts of the ILO (SOCIAL PROTECTION / FAIR RECRUTMENT - MIGRATION / ROAD TRANSPORT) as an employer member.
