Civil Servant for the UK government

Sam is currently a civil servant for the UK government, working on international debt and development finance. He has an undergraduate degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Warwick and an MSc in Economics for Development from the University of Oxford. His interests are in international finance, sustainable development and political economy in the MENA region.
