Philliph Musyoka Michael (PhD Agricultural Economics and Related Sciences), is an Agricultural Economist with a history of producing immediate results in consulting and expertise spanning over 10 years in food and nutrition security (both urban and rural set ups) analysis, agricultural market assessments, value chain analysis & development, strategic planning, program and project impact evaluation, and livelihood analysis. Respected for designing smart plans, simplifying processes, stopping ineffective practices, and progressing teams outside their comfort zones to achieve outstanding results. He has published books & papers in food security and nutrition and successfully completed assignments in the same field and others including project evaluation, poverty, value chain analysis, agricultural markets and strategic planning. He has worked with diverse teams in several countries such as Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi, South Sudan, Ethiopia and Syria. He has consulted development agencies including the World Bank-& GFACE, MERCYCORPS, FAO, WFP, Mercy Corps, TechnoServe, FARM AFRICA, CARE Int. at Turkey and South Sudan, EU-CORD, AATF, Micro-Nutrient Initiative (MI), ChildFund, World Vision Kenya, Governments and Regional Economic blocks.
