Pansye El-Kashef is the Research Manager at BEDMLab, specializing in behavioral and experimental economics. She holds a BA in Economics from The American University in Cairo (AUC) and a Research MSc in International Business Economics from Coventry University. She earned her PhD in Economics from Massey University in New Zealand, where she focused on decision-making and decision markets. With over 9 years of experience in conducting laboratory, field, and lab-in-the-field experiments, her research explores decision-making, bridging theoretical models with practical economic behavior. Her work also includes expertise in development economics and methodological rigor in challenging research environments.
