Ourad Bouattou is the President of the Beverage Cluster Agrologistique with over 30 years of experience in local development, industrial project management, and fostering competitiveness clusters. Since 2012, he has contributed to the creation and promotion of clusters in Algeria and the Maghreb, focusing on value chain integration in sectors like beverage, milk, and olive oil. As an expert consultant, he has collaborated with organizations such as GIZ, ECCP, and ANIMA, providing strategic diagnostics and workshops on local economic development. He is also an expert member of the FILAHA Foundation, promoting agro-industrial integration and innovation ecosystems.
