Mirey Ovadiya is a Senior Social Protection Specialist at the Social Protection and Jobs Global Practice. Her work has focused on design and implementation of social assistance, and employment promotion and activation policies and programs in high income, low income, fragile countries in Europe, Western Balkans and Africa. She holds a Masters in Public Policy (University of Michigan, Ford School of Public Policy) and undergraduate degrees in Economics and International Relations (Beloit College).
