Mayada Serageldin

IOM Regional Office MENA

Mayada works as Regional Liason and Policy Officer at the International Organisation for Migration’s (IOM) Regional Office for the Middle East and North Africa region. Before this Mayada worked for 2.5 years with IOM Kuwait, during which, she supported the mission’s multi-thematic programming, including piloting the National UNNM. Mayada also worked for IOM Egypt implementing an USAID-funded project on counter-trafficking and irregular migration. Before joining IOM, Mayada worked with International Non-Governmental Organisations for years serving refugees in Egypt. She graduated in 2013 with a Masters degree in International Human Rights Law.
