Marius Olivier is an experienced Social Protection and Migration Consultant, Legal Expert, Scholar and Researcher. He holds the BA (Law), LLB and LLD degrees and also holds ad-hoc professorial appointments with Nelson Mandela University and Northwest University (South Africa) and the University of Western Australia (Australia), and is the director of the International Institute for Social Law and Policy. He has published widely and has rendered comprehensive legal, advisory and policy services to international and regional organisations, several governments, social security institutions, and development agencies and donor institutions involved in social protection and migration.
