He has extensive global exposure, having collaborated with organizations in the UK, USA, Far East, and Europe. As Team Leader for over 20 donor-funded programs, particularly in the MENA region, he has engaged with multinational donors and local communities to enhance international trade relationships and influence economic growth through market analysis and insights. Mr. Haj Khalil has successfully implemented workforce development programs for esteemed organizations like DFID, USAID, EU, JICA, and SIDA. He has also led capacity-building initiatives for both private and public sectors, partnering with civil society and gender-based organizations to enhance their structures and ensure the sustainability of their projects beyond initial funding.
