Leila Douggui Bensalem holds a Master’s degree in Food Industry and an Engineering degree in Food Industry, both earned with distinction from ESIAT. As Chef de Service Innovation & Transfert de Technologie at the Pôle de Compétitivité de Bizerte, she has over a decade of expertise in innovation and technology transfer within Tunisia’s agri-food sector. Leila has developed strong skills in identifying and addressing the needs of diverse stakeholders, including companies and researchers. Since joining the Agri-Food Technopole in late 2010, she has contributed to establishing the cluster’s unique identity through collaborative pilot actions focused on innovation. Committed to continuous learning, she aims to deepen her expertise in intellectual property, incubation, and networking while enhancing the sustainability of services for manufacturers, researchers, and startups, driving job creation and economic growth in Tunisia’s agri-food industry.
