Korhan Gokmengolu

Associate Professor, Department of Banking and Finance, HBV University, Ankara, Turkey

Korhan K. Gokmenoglu was educated at Middle East Technical University, Brandeis University, and ESSEC University. He also worked as a visiting scholar at the University of California, San Diego. He served at the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey for 10 years and has been working as a full-time academician since 2013. Currently, he is an associate professor in the Department of Banking and Finance at Ankara HBV University. His research field focuses on applied econometrics, financial economics, energy economics, and environmental degradation. He has authored or co-authored over 50 papers in highly regarded, peer-reviewed journals and has made numerous contributions to international conferences. Additionally, he has served as a referee for several prestigious academic journals and organized international conferences.
