Jihad Farah

Director, Urban Policy Research Program, Arab Urban Development Institute

Jihad Farah is the director of the Urban Policy Research program at the Arab Urban Development Institute and a professor of urban planning at the Lebanese University. He holds a PhD in urban planning from the University of Liege, Belgium. His research interests focus on urban governance and sociotechnical arrangements for services provision and urban space production in fragile contexts. He also worked as a governance, planning and MEL consultant on development and humanitarian projects in different countries in the Middle East and Europe.
